Patients will be maintained in their home as long as Feasible through the provision intermittent skilled nursing care, the multidisciplinary team, and physician’s follow-up with the highest quality.

Our Primary Function

Hollywood Health Services, Inc., primary Function is to provide Skilled Nursing, Home Health Aide & Allied Therapeutic Services to homebound patients on a part time intermittent basis in a place of residence used as the individual’s home under a plan of care treatment established by their primary care physician orders.

Who Will Need Home Health Care?

• Patients who need short term assistance after discharge from the hospital.
• Chronically ill, terminally ill, or permanently disabled who wish to remain in the comfort of their home.
• Other adults who, due to illness or disability, need assistance in their home.
